I have a semi-detached one-bedroom council bungalow in Appleton, Warrington. set at the top end of a Cul de sac, this is a assisted living bungalow (which requires a disability to qualify,55 upwards, and its an upgrade to warden control there are no pull cords just a tablet that you tap every morning to say you are ok , if its not activated by a specific time, they will phone you to make sure everything is ok,( Its actually called OK Each Day) this is part of the bungalows tenancy. It has a fully tiled bathroom with a double shower. The lounge and bedroom are a decent size with plenty of storage. The kitchen is quite large, plenty of storage too. Outside, the back garden is fully flagged, and there's also a lockable out-house where I keep my dryer and spare freezer.
