My flat is a 1 bedroom ground floor property with a small back and front garden which is kept neat and tidy- The flat has a small lounge and dining area, a good size bedroom and bathroom with a bath,shower and WC. The kitchen is well kept and there is a handy utility room for freezer fridge etc and food storage. I have lived here for 20 years and been very happy as it is a lovely area and just a 10 minute walk to the sea. A personal relationship in the Plymouth area has prompted my request to move.
