This property is situated in a beautiful country village just 5 miles from historic Winchester. It is an area of outstanding beauty with fields, forests and the river Itchen immediately on the doorstep. I have a very large lounge / diner, a good-sized kitchen, one very large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. I have 2 huge storage cupboards and a built-in wardrobe / storage cupboard in the second bedroom. I have wooden flooring in the lounge, hallway and second bedroom. I have a garden for personal use which extends onto a larger communal garden. There are just 4 properties in the block and only one person above me. I live in a cul-de-sac which is very quiet. There is no traffic noise here at all - all you can hear is the birds singing when you open the door in the morning. There is a primary school in the village and also 2 preschool playgroups.
